Return and Exchange Policy


At Kavarati, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following terms:

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories.

  • Return/exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order inside Kuwait, and 14 days for international orders.

  • Customized, personalized, or embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Shipping Costs

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products, unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

  • Orders within Kuwait: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal preference.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after verifying the condition of the returned product, within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used at checkout.
