Return and Exchange Policy
At Kavarati, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following terms:
1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories.

Return/exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order inside Kuwait, and 14 days for international orders.

Customized, personalized, or embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Shipping Costs

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging products, unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Orders within Kuwait: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal preference.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued after verifying the condition of the returned product, within 3–7 business days.
